We have made a meticulous research, to offer you a wide choice of organic food of local origin.
Most of the products are in fact selected and supplied by farms or individual producers in the surrounding areas. Furthermore, some of the best local products as well as international classic will be available anytime.

You will find a variety of white bread, wholemeal, with seeds and multi cereals, produced by us with mother yeast, brioches and homemade cakes, varieties of honey and jams, yogurt and fresh cheeses.

Trout and char, eggs your choice, crepes and pancakes, corn flakes and muesli of different types, dried fruit, fresh fruit every day, a “gluten-free” corner.

Natural spring water, still and sparkling bottled water, organic juices, regenerating or detox juice and of course a prestigious cafeteria and several selections of high quality tea and infusions complete our proposal for your breakfast.
